My Goals Smell Like Sunscreen

Last week I got sunburned.  It was March 14th to be exact (which I only remember because I posted it on Facebook).  The girls and I walked downtown to see daddy, and by the time we got there my face was quite red.  My husband suggested that I stop and get some sunscreen before heading home.  I popped into the Kahler and grabbed a bottle of Merle Norman Dual Spectrum (and while I was not a fan of the $25 price tag, it is the best sunscreen I have ever had).  It smells wonderful... you know, the kind of wonderful that you hardly notice.  And it goes on just like lotion... no white gunk!  Of course it has all the good stuff: SPF 30, UVA &UVB protection, vitamin E, water-resistant and oil-free.  But really, the best part is the smell.  I just love it.  It smells so clean and fresh, and while it is labeled fragrance free, it really does smell nice.

Today we went out again and I got to put on more of my sunscreen.  It reminds me of Disney World (since that is where I put on the most sunscreen growing up).  Which reminds me of my biggest fitness goal ever that I am embarking on.  I love this quote:

Get excited and enthusiastic about you own dream. This excitement is like a forest fire - you can smell it, taste it, and see it from a mile away. (Denis Waitley)

If you ask me what my goal smells like... I would have to say like this sunscreen.  Hugs!
