Reaching Some Goals

Yes, I have decided to reach into my bucket list and grab out one of my fitness goals.  I know that I am 25 weeks pregnant but it is baby number three and I am ready for some activity here (personal activity - not just chasing kiddos).  So I am going to run a race.  Like I mentioned in this post, I am planning to run the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon in February.  But that is not all.  I am going to do a 5K first, because that just makes so much sense, right?!  So before I run the 1/2M I am going to run the Disney Family Fun Run 5K on November 10th.  Baby Claudia will be about 5 months old so I should be able to skidder a 5K no problem if I just don't get totally out of shape during this pregnancy (WHICH I WON'T).  So I am keeping a race blog so that I can stay on track and I am giving you all a heads up on where to find it.  Just click on the picture to the left and you can go take a look.  There are a few post over there already.

Oh, did I mention that my mom and I are BOTH going to run the 5K?  Yup!  That is certainly going to be amazing and I am really looking forward to that.  And I also should give HUGE thanks to my husband who has been totally supportive and is willing to take off work and watch the children so I can travel to Florida to run races.  Which is not exactly an easy task since we have two already (three & almost two) and there will a brand-sparkling-new one for him to watch for both races as well.  Such a trooper!

So there you have it.  I am going to be running two races.  I am pregnant for our third baby girl.  Umm... yeah, and I am totally excited about it all!  Go check out the other blog... if you are interested in running and races and what-not.

UPDATE: I am putting my "fitness" posts under the sense of touch... because these are goals that I am reaching for with my hands and running for with my feet!!!
